In 2020 George decided to make his dream a reality by starting a fly fishing guide service and In The Flow was founded. George lives in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin with his wife Rebekah and has been a fly fisherman for over 30 years. Lake Geneva is a perfect location for fly fishing adventures locally, throughout Wisconsin, and in northern Illinois. He has three grown sons who are also avid fly fishermen, and together, George and his boys have flyfished all over the country for many different species. George has been a high school teacher, coach, and now serving as a counselor, for over 30 years. He brings a caring approach, positive energy, patience, and a proven method of casting instruction, reading water, tying flies, and catching fish.

Fly fishing is more than a sport, it’s a way of life - a passion. It will bring you to beautiful places and introduce you to wonderful people. George will guide everyone from the beginner who has never picked up a fly rod to an experienced, expert angler. Regardless of your ability, George hopes to provide you with memories and an experience of a lifetime.  George believes that the only way to be truly committed to something is to have a deeper purpose than the obvious, so fly fishing with George is more than catching fish, it’s about being IN THE FLOW.
